Flash, Flash, I love you but....

..... I don't know how to change you, as am not a technical genius!

Anyone out there an expert in Flash?

Basically I found this cool template for a website on the net but there are aspects about it I'd want changing. Problem is I am not really prepared to spend $350 to get the guy to do it.

So is there anyone else out there able to give me a hand? I promise to give you complete kudos on the site.
